Every product is carefully handcrafted and securely packed to ensure safe delivery. However, if any damage occurs during transit, we are here to assist you.

Return Window

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

Accepted Reasons for Return

Returns are accepted only if the product is:

  • Damaged during transit
  • Defective upon delivery

Returns Will Not Be Accepted For

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Minor variations in color, texture, or design (as all products are handcrafted)
  • Claims made without a proper unboxing video
  • Customized or made-to-order products unless damaged during transit

Important:
No return or refund request will be accepted without a complete unboxing video.

Return Process

To request a return, customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery through WhatsApp or Email.

Please provide the following details:

  • Order Number
  • Complete Unboxing Video (from sealed package opening to product inspection)
  • Clear Photos of the Damage
  • Brief Description of the Issue

Return Shipping Charges

International Orders

For international returns, the refund amount will be processed after approval, but all shipping charges will be the sole responsibility of the customer.

Domestic Orders (Within India)

If the return request is approved for transit damage or manufacturing defects, Worship Stonex will cover the return shipping cost.

Refund / Replacement Policy

After verification of the issue, we will provide either:

  • A Replacement Product
    or
  • A Refund

depending on product availability and the nature of the issue.

Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer exchanges.
